Application Process
Pray for this calling to come to Ukraine to serve.
Review the Calendar below and choose your dates (only choose dates that are available).
Complete the form below and press submit (Max 10 People per Group).
Receive a reply email from Triple A Authority confirming your Application is being processed.
Receive an email scheduling a meeting via (Zoom, Google Meets, or Facetime).
During the meeting, confirm your application status.
Reserve your reservation with a $500 deposit (Go to Kit Tab and select Mission Trip Deposit).
30 days prior to your arrival, complete your payment through the Kit Tab by selecting Mission Trip Package (your deposit will be refunded back to you).
Prepare for your mission trip by reading the packing list/Do & Don’t’s/FAQs.
Be in prayer about how God is going to use you in Ukraine and how you are going to grow spiritually.
Mission Trip Calendar
Observe the Mission Trip Dates that are available and displayed on the Calendar.
When you fill out your Mission Trip Application, select those dates you would like to reserve.
The calendar will be updated with your dates marked as no longer available.
